Our hourly labor rates for regular and emergency work, in one place. We quote most jobs before any work begins, so you know the number before we go further.

Regular hours are Mon–Fri 8am–4pm. Emergency service is available 24/7.
How pricing works
- Free estimate on most jobs. We give you a quote before any work begins. On the rest, we explain what we find before going further.
- No trip charge. There is no charge just for coming out.
- No minimum billing time. Short jobs are not billed at a minimum.
- Emergency rate. Applies outside our regular hours when you need help right away and can’t wait for regular hours.
- Work that can wait. If your job can wait for regular hours, we’ll book it then at the regular rate, even if you call after hours.
- Emergencies. Water damaging your home, or no water at all. See what we treat as an emergency.
Water heater installs and replacements
Installs and replacements aren’t billed by the hour. We look at your home and the unit, explain what we recommend, and give you the full price after a free estimate. Repairs on an existing unit are billed at the general rates above. Read more about water heater work.
